Soldado israelí de orígen mexicano fallece hoy en la base Tzelim en el Negev

Un oficial ortodoxo de las FDI resultó muerto en un accidente de entrenamiento en la base Tzelim en el Negev el martes.

El Capt. Yishai Rosales, de 23 años de orígen mexicano, quien era comandante de la compañía en la Brigada de Infantería Kefir, perdió la vida trágicamente cuando un proyectil de mortero explotó durante un simulacro de combate.

Fue póstumamente ascendido de rango de teniente. Los detalles iniciales del incidente fueron liberados después de que la familia del fallecido oficial fue notificada del trágico accidente por el General de División.

Guy Tzur, Comandante de las Fuerzas Terrestres FDI ordenó cesar todo entrenamiento en tierra hasta que una investigación inicial sobre las circunstancias del accidente se haya completado.
