A Palestinian attempted to stab a Jew near the city of Hebron on Sunday. IDF security forces shot and killed the terrorist.
The wave of terror, occurring at least once on a daily basis throughout Israel, continued Sunday as a Palestinian tried stabbing a Jewish civilian at the Beit Anoun junction north of Kiryat Arba, near the city of Hebron. An IDF soldier eliminated the terrorist.
The event occurred during clashes between Israeli security forces and Palestinian rioters, the IDF stated, adding that an investigation is taking place.
A day earlier, violence erupted at a mass funeral in Hebron for five terrorists who were hailed as martyrs. Palestinian officials reportedly attended the burial.
