Jewish actress Mayim Bialik assailed her critics for their thinly-veiled anti-Semitic bias.

Mayim Bialk, star actor in the big hit show “the Big Bang Theory,” responded to her anti-Zionist critics who have been harassing her on social media.

“For those of you who refuse to follow me and discourage others from doing so because I am a Zionist (as if that’s a crime!!), I highly recommend you look up Zionism in a dictionary rather than using the definition perpetrated by anti-semitic media and leaders,” she wrote on her page on Tuesday. “Zionism is the belief that Jewish people deserve an autonomous homeland free from terrorism and threat to our global existence. if you don’t want to follow me because I believe in that, by all means don’t.”

The Jewish actress has been apparently contending with boycotts of her social media accounts due to her pro-Israel stances.

Many of her followers on Facebook praised her for her brave stand, possibly inspired by the holiday of Chanukah.

“I’m not Jewish but I consider myself a Zionist too because I believe that every nation has a right to be free in a country of their own. That includes the Jewish people. Am Israel Chai,” wrote one follower.

“Very well said!!!!! you go girl!!!!!” wrote another fan.

However, many others took the opportunity to lash out against Israel and the Jewish people, sparking a mass debate on the Jews’ right to a homeland.
