Chilling Tragedy: Little Gabriel was named after Slain Mumbai Rabbi
Gabriel Sandler, 3, who was gunned down at point blank range in Toulouse was named after Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg, who was murdered in Mumbai just before he was born. Rabbi Shimon Rosenberg said that he was informed of this by a member of the Sandler family.
The rabbi said that the murder in Toulouse brings back the memory of the terrible day, 39 months ago, when he lost his daughter Rivki Holtzberg and her husband Rav Gavriel Holtzberg. The fact that one of the victims was named for Gavriel makes the event even more chilling for him, he said.

ACT NOW FOR ISRAEL: Remove UN Official Who Spreads LIES
Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Ron Prosor, has called for the immediate dismissal of a Jerusalem based U.N. agency employee who is widely known for her blatant anti-Israel activism.
Khulood Badawi, the information and media coordinator for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Jerusalem, (OCHA), tweeted a controversial photo, on March 10, showing an Arab girl covered in blood laying in the arms of her father, with a caption that read, “Palestine is bleeding … another father killed by #Israel … another father carrying his child to a grave in #Gaza.”

Jerusalem Marathon: “Praying with My Legs”

I felt like I was praying with my legs racing through the streets of the holy city during the Jerusalem Marathon this past Friday. With Biblical verses running through my head, I was overjoyed to see “the streets of the city filled” (Zechariah 8:5) with 15,000 runners from all over the world. And despite an unusual mid-March hailstorm, the rain soaked runners were all smiling from ear to ear as they ascended the steep inclines of “the city surrounded by hills” (Psalms 125:2).

United with Israel at NASCAR!
United with Israel has teamed up with a NASCAR race team whose mission is to spread a message of American support for Israel. Although the “race track” is not a typical venue for pro-Israel advocacy, it will likely become a very effective way to spread positive messages about Israel.
America Israel Racing (AIR) was formed to raise awareness of the importance of America supporting Israel through a unique and very public forum – the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.
