Capture.JPG YOUR Name was Hanging on Jerusalem's Old City Walls!

May 8, 2013 was Jerusalem Day and to celebrate, United with Israel hit the streets along with the names of over 100,000 supporters who have signed the Jerusalem Declaration! The signers of the Declaration agree that Jerusalem must remain the undivided capital of Israel, which was declared by the modern day State of Israel and heralded by King David over 300 years ago.

As the crowds began arriving in the Old City along with the proud marchers waving their flags, we too proudly hung our banner on the millenia-old Jerusalem walls. We placed the names of the signers on our banner so they could be a part of the event! If you look closely, you might just see YOUR name!

Avi Elzam, a long time resident of the neighborhood, recalled that it was very difficult to live in a divided Jerusalem.
