bennet.jpg Egyptian Military Deposes Muslim Brotherhood Regime

The Egyptian military has deposed Egyptian President Morsi and his regime, in response to Egyptian pro-democracy protesters rallying in the millions for Morsi to resign. Former Egyptian President Morsi is currently in the custody of the Egyptian military, as are senior level Muslim Brotherhood leaders. At least 14 people were killed and hundreds more were wounded in clashes that occurred between Morsi supporters and opponents.

Chief Justice Adly El-Mansour was sworn in as the new transitional president of Egypt. El-Mansour announced that he plans to hold fresh democratic elections and that "Egypt corrected the path of its glorious revolution."

Many critically ill patients within Israel face numerous difficulties. They are deeply concerned about their health, but are unsure who to turn to in order to treat their condition, especially if their treatment is very costly and not fully covered under their health plan. "Many cancer-stricken people, including children, cannot receive the proper medications to treat and perhaps cure their disease because the country's 'health basket' doesn't include it," says Rabbi Chaim Shapira, founder of Refaeinu.

This is where Refaeinu steps in to help. According to Shapira, "Many people don't know where to go in these cases, as they seek both the best doctor available to treat their illness, as well as financial advice on how to pay the bill. This is exactly why Refaeinu exists."

India & Israel: Increasing Partnership in Trade & Security

Since Israel and India established diplomatic relations in 1992 following the collapse of the Soviet Union, Indian-Israeli relations have rapidly improved. Today Israel is India's second largest arms supplier after Russia.

According to PR Kumaraswamy, a professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, "Growing military cooperation extends beyond arms sales to technology upgrades, joint research, and intelligence cooperation. Despite its possible implications for use against Iran, on January 21, 2008, India launched a 300-kilogram Israeli satellite into orbit."

Archaeologists Discover Evidence of Israelite Tabernacle

According to the Hebrew Bible, when the ancient Israelites led by the biblical prophet and leader Joshua entered Eretz Yisrael, the city of Shiloh became the resting place of the Tabernacle which held the Ark of the Covenant.

Recently, archaeologists doing excavations in Shiloh have discovered holes carved into the the rock which may indicate that the site was the location of the ancient Israelite tabernacle. These holes are similar to what could have been used to prop up temporary beams utilized for a temporary structure like the Tabernacle.
