Israel's leaders mourned the death of Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel, the Romanian-born Holocaust survivor of Auschwitz who became one of the world’s foremost witnesses and humanitarians, and eulogized him as the embodiment of the human spirit that shined bright in the face of evil and darkness.

Rachel Fraenkel, the bereaved mother of teenager Naftali, who was murdered by Arab terrorists in 2014, has joined together with the families of two other boys who were killed together with her son to unite the people of Israel through the Jerusalem Unity Prize event.

The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is providing the City of Jerusalem, border police and local social-service groups with hundreds of thousands of dollars in security equipment and support as part of a life-saving campaign to counter the ongoing terror wave against Israel.
