A ofensa ao vereador Daniel Annenberg, que pode ser considerada um crime de racismo e antissemitismo, foi feita durante sess\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

O antissemitismo chegou definitivamente ao Brasil, \u00e0 S\u00e3o Paulo e at\u00e9 mesmo \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal da maior cidade do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Na semana passada, durante uma sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo, o vereador Adilson Amadeu (DEM) agrediu verbalmente seu colega, o vereador Daniel Annenberg (PSDB) chamando-o de \u201cjudeu filho da puta\u201d. Daniel \u00e9 irm\u00e3o da apresentadora Sandra Annenberg da TV Globo.<\/p>\n

A agress\u00e3o aconteceu durante sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria da C\u00e2mara que votava se um projeto de lei proposta pelo vereador Adilson Amadeu entraria na pauta da casa. A proposta, a PL 419\/2018, prop\u00f5e a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da frota de carros dos aplicativos Uber e 99 T\u00e1xi na cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo. Desde 2015, Amadeu tenta proibir a circula\u00e7\u00e3o desses ve\u00edculos na capital paulista.<\/p>\n

Annenberg e outros vereadores votaram contra a inclus\u00e3o do projeto de lei na pauta da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo, e ao faz\u00ea-lo foi agredido por Adilson Amadeu.<\/p>\n

A agress\u00e3o racista e antissemita proferida por Ad\u00edlson Amadeu contra o colega Daniel Annenberg, pode ser caracterizada como um crime de injuria racial de acordo com o artigo 140 do C\u00f3digo Penal brasileiro. A pena para este crime, em caso de condena\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 de pris\u00e3o de um a tr\u00eas anos e multa.<\/p>\n

Em suas redes sociais, Daniel Annenberg chamou o dia em que foi agredido de \u201cum triste dia para a nossa pol\u00edtica\u201d.<\/p>\n

Em nota, frente a repercuss\u00e3o do caso, o vereador Adilson Amadeu pediu desculpas \u00e0 comunidade judaica e disse que \u201cem nenhum momento houve um ataque \u00e0 cultura ou tradi\u00e7\u00f5es judaicas.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Israelita do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo repudiou o ataque antissemita do vereador Adilson Amadeu ao se colega e disse que o mesmo deve responder criminalmente pelo ato.<\/p>\n
