Nesta segunda-feira (31), o grupo terrorista Hamas anunciou um acordo de cessar-fogo com Israel. H\u00e1 aproximadamente um m\u00eas, terroristas desta e outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es presentes na Faixa de Gaza passaram a atacar diariamente a popula\u00e7\u00e3o civil de Israel<\/a>. Isto, ap\u00f3s a suspens\u00e3o dos repasses mensais no valor de 30 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares pagos pelos Catar aos palestinos.<\/p>\n

Foguetes e bal\u00f5es, aos quais s\u00e3o presos dispositivos incendi\u00e1rios e explosivos, foram usados por semanas a fio para aterrorizar a sociedade israelense. Aliados ao clima seco e ao forte calor do ver\u00e3o no Oriente M\u00e9dio, estes bal\u00f5es provocaram incont\u00e1veis inc\u00eandios em comunidades agr\u00edcolas pr\u00f3ximas a fronteira com o territ\u00f3rio controlado pelo Hamas. Al\u00e9m disso, na cidade de Sderot localizada no sul de Israel, duas casas foram parcialmente destru\u00eddas por foguetes lan\u00e7ados por terroristas. <\/a><\/p>\n

O acordo de cessar-fogo entre Israel e o Hamas foi mediado pelo governo do Catar e anunciado ap\u00f3s uma conversa telef\u00f4nica entre Ismail Haniya, l\u00edder do grupo terrorista, e o Ministro das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores do Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. No \u00faltimo dias 25 de agosto, munido de milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares, o emiss\u00e1rio do governo do Catar, Mohammed al-Emadi, entrou na Faixa de Gaza para tentar persuadir os l\u00edderes da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o terrorista a cessarem os ataques a Israel.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a m\u00eddia israelense, o Hamas exigiu o pagamento de 60 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares, referentes as duas \u00faltimas parcelas da mesada paga pelo Catar aos palestinos, e ainda um subs\u00eddio em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da crise gerada pela pandemia do coronav\u00edrus. Al\u00e9m disso, o Catar concordou em enviar insumos m\u00e9dicos \u00e0 Faixa de Gaza. Na semana passada, o Hamas voltou a adotar o confinamento social ap\u00f3s um aumento no n\u00famero de casos de covid-19.<\/p>\n

O governo israelense por sua vez, concordou em levantar as restri\u00e7\u00f5es impostas \u00e0 Faixa de Gaza em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos ataques ao seu territ\u00f3rio. Ontem, a passagem de Kerem Shalom<\/a>, que liga Israel a Faixa de Gaza, foi reaberta e o envio de combust\u00edveis retomado. Al\u00e9m disso, o bloqueio a zona de pesca tamb\u00e9m foi suspenso nesta ter\u00e7a-feira. \u201cA zona de pesca e a passagem Kerem Shalom foram reabertas, a continua\u00e7\u00e3o depende do comportamento do grupo terrorista Hamas\u201d, disse uma fonte do governo israelense ao jornal Ynet.<\/p>\n
