Khuram Butt, uno de los tres terroristas que llevaron a cabo el ataque del puente de Londres, fue visto rezar con una bandera negra del ISIS en un parque británico en un documental de 2016 que salió a la luz en el canal 4 en el Reino Unido, llamado El yihadista de al lado.

Este acto se informó al departamento de lucha antiterrorista del Reino Unido, pero nunca fue detenido.
