Seg\u00fan el informe, el documento – que explica por qu\u00e9 la construcci\u00f3n de asentamientos en el \u00abWest Bank\u00bb (Judea y Samaria) es totalmente leg\u00edtima y no viola el derecho internacional – se traducir\u00e1 a varios idiomas y se distribuir\u00e1 a todas las embajadas de Israel en el mundo .<\/p>\n

El documento forma parte de una iniciativa encabezada por la\u00a0viceministra de Exteriores, Tzipi Hotovely, que est\u00e1 guiando el equipo legal del Ministerio.<\/p>\n

El Canal 2<\/em> \u00a0destac\u00f3 ciertas cl\u00e1usulas del documento, entre ellos los pasajes que indica que las reclamaciones de propiedad de Israel sobre\u00a0Judea y Samaria son v\u00e1lidas, tales como que la tierra \u00abnunca estuvo bajo la soberan\u00eda leg\u00edtima de ning\u00fan pa\u00eds,\u00bb y porque la \u00abafinidad jud\u00eda de Judea y Samaria<\/a>\u00a0tiene\u00a0miles de a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad o que \u00ablos asentamientos, de acuerdo con el documento, no son nuevos; ni constituyen ninguna \u00abcolonizaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con\u00a0 el canal <\/em>2, el documento tambi\u00e9n dice que los asentamientos se establecieron bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema, y que la Separaci\u00f3n – la retirada de Israel de Gaza en 2005 – fue una jugada pol\u00edtica unilateral, no bajo el cumplimiento de ninguna\u00a0clase de obligaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n

Hotovely, seg\u00fan el informe, va a convocar a las mentes legales de todo el mundo para examinar el documento, que se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo con el conocimiento del primer ministro Benjamin Netanyahu, que tambi\u00e9n ha estado sirviendo como ministro de Relaciones Exteriores desde\u00a0la formaci\u00f3n de su nuevo gobierno hace menos de un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
