Tras declarar legal la conducta de las FDI, el Tribunal Superior de la Corte Suprema, dirigido por Esther Hayut, con su vicepresidente Hanan Melcer y el juez Neal Hendel enviaron advertencias a las FDI.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

En una de las decisiones m\u00e1s importantes que tomaron sobre las leyes de la guerra y los derechos humanos en a\u00f1os, la Corte Suprema de Justicia declar\u00f3 la noche del jueves que las medidas de combate de las FDI durante la crisis de la frontera de Gaza eran legales.<\/p>\n

La decisi\u00f3n de gran \u00e9xito tendr\u00e1 un impacto inmediato en cualquier protesta que pueda ocurrir el viernes o en futuras protestas por las cuales los peticionarios esperaban que la FDI tuvieran obligaci\u00f3n de adaptar regulaciones estrictas.<\/p>\n

Debido a la alta estima en que se encuentra el Tribunal Superior en el exterior, la decisi\u00f3n har\u00e1 que sea m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil para la Corte Penal Internacional declarar que la conducta de las FDI es una violaci\u00f3n de la ley internacional.<\/p>\n

Por el gran n\u00famero de palestinos muertos y heridos con heridas por encima de la cintura, el tribunal esperaba que las FDI hagan cambios de forma voluntaria para reducir a\u00fan m\u00e1s las bajas.<\/p>\n
