Luego de dos a\u00f1os, Marcha por la Vida vuelve a realizar como cada aniversario. En 2022 se reanuda con su procesi\u00f3n presencial, en lo que posiblemente sea la \u00faltima vez para los sobrevivientes de la Sho\u00e1.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

La actividad se har\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de abril en Polonia. Esa jornada es el D\u00eda Nacional de Conmemoraci\u00f3n del Holocausto de Israel y solo ir\u00e1n ocho sobrevivientes. En la \u00faltima presencial de 2019, asistieron 70.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la Marcha Internacional de los Vivos y el mundo en general han perdido muchos sobrevivientes del Holocausto\u201d, dijo la presidenta de la Marcha de los Vivos Phyllis Greenberg Heideman. \u201cEsta es casi la \u00faltima oportunidad de marchar junto a los sobrevivientes del Holocausto. Es nuestra responsabilidad llevar la antorcha de su memoria incluso frente a la tr\u00e1gica guerra en curso en Ucrania\u201d.<\/p>\n

Con la gran chance de que sea la \u00faltima oportunidad para este grupo de gente, el tema de este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 pasar la antorcha a la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n. Esta debe ser responsable de educar y recordar el Holocausto como lo fue.<\/p>\n

\u201cDe ahora en adelante, preservaremos su memoria y nos exigiremos a nosotros mismos que \u2018nunca significa nunca\u2019\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Eitan Neishlos, nieto de la sobreviviente del Holocausto Tamar Zisserman. Ella se salv\u00f3 de los pozos de la muerte en Lituania por una familia cristiana que era conocida como Justos en las Naciones.<\/p>\n

Se estiman m\u00e1s de 2.000 participantes, en su mayor\u00eda de Europa e Israel, aunque por la guerra de Rusia y Ucrania se redujeron varios eventos. La caminata de 3.2 kil\u00f3metros culminar\u00e1 con la tradicional ceremonia en los restos del crematorio de Auschwitz-Birkenau.<\/p>\n
