El informe, que a\u00fan no se ha publicado, afirma que un \u00abc\u00edrculo vicioso de la violencia\u00bb en Jerusalem el a\u00f1o pasado \u00abse produjo en el contexto del aumento sistem\u00e1tico en las actividades de fomentar la construcci\u00f3n de asentamiento, las tensiones sobre el Haram al-Sharif (Monte del Templo), y el aumento de tensiones en ambos lados \u00ab.<\/p>\n
