Rusia ha decidido vender avanzados misiles tierra-aire a Ir\u00e1n ahora que se lleg\u00f3 a un acuerdo nuclear marco entre Ir\u00e1n y las seis potencias mundiales.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El Kremlin anunci\u00f3 el lunes que Rusia ha levantado la prohibici\u00f3n de la entrega del sofisticados sistemas de misiles de defensa a\u00e9rea S-300 a Ir\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Rusia firm\u00f3 el contrato de 800 millones de d\u00f3lares\u00a0con Ir\u00e1n para la venta del sistema de misiles S-300 en 2007, pero suspendi\u00f3 la entrega en 2010 a causa de las fuertes objeciones de los Estados Unidos e Israel.<\/p>\n

Ir\u00e1n present\u00f3 una demanda ante un tribunal en Ginebra buscando 4 mil millones de d\u00f3lares en da\u00f1os y perjuicios por incumplimiento de contrato, pero el tribunal no emiti\u00f3 un fallo.<\/p>\n

Rusia ha insistido en que su decisi\u00f3n de congelar la entrega S-300 se basaba en las sanciones que el Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas (CSNU) hab\u00eda impuesto a Ir\u00e1n por su programa nuclear.<\/p>\n

El decreto firmado este lunes por el presidente Vladimir Putin permite la entrega de los misiles. La raz\u00f3n dada para el levantamiento de la prohibici\u00f3n es el\u00a0 acuerdo provisional alcanzado entre Ir\u00e1n y el P5 + 1<\/a> , lo que permite renovar los lazos comerciales con la Rep\u00fablica Isl\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n

Si Ir\u00e1n de hecho obtiene los misiles tierra-aire, un ataque a\u00e9reo contra Ir\u00e1n por los EE.UU. o Israel<\/a> se convertir\u00e1 en una tarea mucho m\u00e1s compleja y peligrosa.<\/p>\n
