Seg\u00fan el informe anual de la Comisi\u00f3n Palestina Independiente para los Derechos Humanos (CIDH), cientos de personas fueron torturadas por las autoridades en Gaza, gobernada por las organizaciones terroristas isl\u00e1micas de Hamas, y en los \u00e1mbitos regulados por la Autoridad Palestina respaldada por Occidente.<\/span><\/p>\n

La CIDH revela que varias personas murieron tras ser detenidas por\u00a0Hamas durante el a\u00f1o pasado, y otra persona muri\u00f3 en una prisi\u00f3n de la Autoridad Palestina. El informe destaca el incidente en el que Hamas tom\u00f3 a 16 prisioneros de sus celdas de la c\u00e1rcel y las ejecut\u00f3 sumariamente<\/a> en las calles durante la Operaci\u00f3n Margen Protector.<\/p>\n

El Jefe de la Comisi\u00f3n Ahmad Harb dijo que otras violaci\u00f3nes incluyen la prohibici\u00f3n de reuniones pac\u00edficas.<\/p>\n

El CIDH es un \u00f3rgano que busca proteger y promover los derechos humanos de conformidad con la Ley B\u00e1sica palestina y los principios internacionales de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n

En su \u00abInforme Mensual de Violaci\u00f3nes de los Derechos Humanos y de las Libertades\u00bb para marzo, la CIDH cont\u00f3 13 muertos, entre ellos nueve de la Autoridad Palestina y cuatro en\u00a0la Franja de Gaza; 60 denuncias por\u00a0tortura y malos tratos; 71 informes de violaci\u00f3nes que implican el debido proceso legal; cuatro casos de violaci\u00f3nes que implican a la libertad de opini\u00f3n y de expresi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como a la libertad de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y de reuni\u00f3n pac\u00edfica, y varios otros incidentes de violaci\u00f3n de derechos humanos de los palestinos por parte de sus l\u00edderes.<\/p>\n

Una encuesta reciente llevada a cabo entre la poblaci\u00f3n revela que ellos consideran el liderazgo palestino como\u00a0corrupto y peligroso<\/a>, y est\u00e1n amargamente decepcionado con su vida bajo la Autoridad Palestina.
