Mientras se debate acerca del posible pacto nuclear entre las potencias mundiales e Irán, el Ministro de Defensa de Israel, Moshe Yaalon, no dudó en asegurar que Teherán «envía armas practicamente a todo Medio Oriente. Su apoyo a la Yihad Islámica, su apoyo al Hamas… Hemos visto sus armas también con Hezbollah en El Líbano y en la zona del Golán, donde quieren abrir un frente de combate».
