Le r\u00e9seau social a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 mardi avoir supprim\u00e9 652 pages, groupes et comptes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la Russie et \u00e0 l\u2019Iran, pour \u00ab\u00a0comportement coordonn\u00e9 et inauthentique<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb comportant du contenu politique.<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Facebook a consid\u00e9rablement intensifi\u00e9 ses efforts en reconnaissant que les agents russes avaient men\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations de manipulation politique sur sa plateforme dans le but d’influencer les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles de 2016. D’autres r\u00e9seaux sociaux ont fait de m\u00eame et continuent actuellement de mener des campagnes de d\u00e9sinformation politique.<\/p>\n

Derni\u00e8rement, les groupes principalement concern\u00e9s affichaient davantage l’intention d’influencer la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re des \u00c9tats-Unis et la politique r\u00e9gionale au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n

Peu de temps apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce de Facebook, Twitter a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 avoir \u00e9galement suspendu 284 comptes pour \u00abmanipulation coordonn\u00e9e<\/em>\u00bb, nombre d\u2019entre eux apparemment originaires d\u2019Iran.<\/p>\n

Yuval Rotem, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re isra\u00e9lien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, a tweet\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb ‘manipulation coordonn\u00e9e’ sont probablement deux des meilleurs mots pour d\u00e9crire les activit\u00e9s de l’Iran: propager la haine, le terrorisme et la d\u00e9sinformation en ligne et hors ligne \u00e0 travers notre r\u00e9gion et dans le monde entier. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9seau social a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 n’avoir pas encore termin\u00e9 son examen du contenu et a refus\u00e9 de dire comment et pourquoi les acteurs soutenus par l\u2019Etat se comportaient comme ils l\u2019ont fait. Mais il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir inform\u00e9 les gouvernements des Etats-Unis et du Royaume-Uni, ainsi que les d\u00e9partements du Tr\u00e9sor et de l\u2019Etat des Etats-Unis, \u00e0 cause des sanctions en cours contre l\u2019Iran.<\/p>\n
