Richard Meng, Pr\u00e9sident de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 olympique allemande et Frank Kowalski, qui \u00e9tait directeur des championnats d’Europe d’athl\u00e9tisme, ont secou\u00e9 le conseil des sports avec une proposition sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent: que les Jeux olympiques de 2036 soient accueillis par Berlin et Tel Aviv.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Dans un article publi\u00e9 dans le journal Berliner Morgenpost, les auteurs appellent \u00ab\u00e0 voir grand\u00bb. L’id\u00e9e derri\u00e8re la proposition est li\u00e9e au fait que l’ann\u00e9e 2036 marquera le centenaire des tristement c\u00e9l\u00e8bres Jeux de 1936, utilis\u00e9s par Hitler comme propagande politique. En ce sens, l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019organiser un concours commun serait un \u00absigne de paix<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il convient de se rappeler que les Jeux de 1936 faisaient partie du plan syst\u00e9matique du nazisme. L’utilisation de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement sportif comme catalyseur de l’id\u00e9ologie national-socialiste \u00e9tait sans aucun doute l’une des pages les plus sombres de l’Olympisme.<\/p>\n

S’il \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9, ce type de Jeux Olympiques serait sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9gards. En principe, une offre conjointe n’avait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 faite auparavant, et encore moins sur deux continents diff\u00e9rents. Ce serait \u00e9galement le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement de cette ampleur \u00e0 \u00eatre organis\u00e9 au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n

Cependant, le site olympique est traditionnellement choisi pour sept ans. En d’autres termes, ce n’est qu’en 2029 que les h\u00f4tes pour 2036 seront confirm\u00e9s. Il faut pr\u00e8s de huit ans pour pr\u00e9parer la candidature de Berlin et de Tel-Aviv … cela va-t-il arriver?<\/p>\n
