Isra\u00ebl a exp\u00e9di\u00e9 son premier p\u00e9trole brut \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger, a annonc\u00e9 mardi la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anglo-grecque d’exploration et de production d’hydrocarbures Energean.<\/p>\n

L’exp\u00e9dition de p\u00e9trole fait partie d’un accord de marketing multi-cargaison avec Vitol, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 multinationale suisse de n\u00e9goce d’\u00e9nergie et de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, \u00ab\u00a0la premi\u00e8re d’une nouvelle source d’\u00e9nergie de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e orientale \u00e0 atteindre l’Europe\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Energean a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 extraire des hydrocarbures du champ gazier de Karish au large de la c\u00f4te nord d’Isra\u00ebl le 26 octobre 2022, un jour avant que les dirigeants isra\u00e9liens et libanais ne signent un accord sur la fronti\u00e8re maritime avec la m\u00e9diation des \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque que le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9tait une \u00e9tape importante dans la promotion d’une vision d’un march\u00e9 du gaz isra\u00e9lien comp\u00e9titif et dans l’augmentation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l’ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques du pays.<\/p>\n
