Caption: Family and friends attend a memorial ceremony by the grave of 23-year-old Ilan Halimi, at the Givat Shaul cemetery in Jerusalem. Halimi, a young French Jewish man was kidnapped on 21 January 2006 by a group called "the Gang of Barbarians" and tortured for over a period of three weeks, resulting in his death.
