WATCH: Muslim Sheikh in Hebron Sends Jews ‘Message of Peace’

“I send a message of peace,” Sheikh Farid al-Jabari of the Southern Hebron Hills told the Hebron Jewish community spokesperson.

Noam Arnon, spokesperson for the Jewish Community of Hebron, met with Sheikh Farid al-Jabari of the Southern Hebron Hills in his tent to discuss Jewish-Arab relations and prospects for peace.

The sheikh, a promoter of peace between Jews and Arabs, extended a “message of peace, in which I hope that we will all live here together on this land, which is the land of peace.”

According to al-Jabari, anarchists in the region cause much damage, rather than benefiting the Palestinian people.

The Palestinian Authority has no right to sign any agreements concerning the property, he stated.
