Israel Independence Day

The Jewish state is celebrating 72 years of independence – just a little differently this year.

Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day, is a day of celebration throughout the country.

This year because of the pandemic, many of the national traditions will have to be adapted to avoid coronavirus contagion and keep people safe. Israelis are making sure the celebrations still go on, just from home.

Here’s to the greatest country in the world!
