Murdering an Israeli is like winning the lottery under a “pay for slay” program run by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

The amount won depends on the severity of the injuries caused to the Jewish victims.

The terrorist who slaughtered an Israeli grandfather and two of his children at a Shabbat dinner on Friday, for example, is set to receive $3,120 per month.

In the corrupt Palestinian Authority, where relatives of government officials are given monopolies over various sectors of the economy, pay is low and unemployment is high. This makes the recipients of “pay for slay” local heroes who distribute the funds to friends and family.
