WATCH: New US Ambassador to the UN Vows Never to Abstain from Anti-Israel Resolutions

Trump’s nominee as US ambassador to the UN slammed the world body’s bias against Israel, a US ally, vowing never to abstain from anti-Israel resolutions.

South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, nominated by President-elect Donald Trump as US ambassador to the UN, slammed the world body for its “consistent” and “outrageous…bias against our ally Israel.”

“This cannot continue,” she stated.

Haley, the first governor to sign legislation combatting Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Israel, is the daughter of immigrants from India who reminded their children on a daily basis of their good fortune to be Americans. Her brothers served in combat duty.

Haley pledged never to abstain when the UN takes any action that comes in direct conflict with the interests and values of the US, such as anti-Israel UN Resolution 2334, which “was a terrible mistake.”
