Pabio Kaplan left his job at a successful Israeli plastics company with a simple but noble idea that would evolve into a startup, bringing “Wheelchairs of Hope” to children around the world.

While working at his job in a plastics factory in Israel, Pabio Kaplan had a brilliant idea. It compelled him to leave his lucrative job and invest his own savings into a company that would produce a new type of wheelchair, made from plastics and accessible to even the poorest children in the world.

Wheelchairs of Hope has attracted the attention of both the World Health Organization and UNICEF.

There are nearly five million children living in impoverished areas of the world who need access to a wheelchair but have no means or hope of acquiring one.  These special chairs are built in Israel, funded by Israelis, and delivered to those children because of the idea of one man.

Watch to find out more about this amazing project!
