The nomination of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for the Nobel Peace Prize raises serious ethical questions.
This agency, which claims to provide humanitarian assistance to Gazans, has troubling ties to the horrific events of October 7, when over 1,200 Israelis were brutally murdered in a Hamas-led attack characterized by executions, rapes, and kidnappings of innocent civilians.
Despite its involvement in scandal, UNRWA continues to receive accolades for its supposed humanitarian efforts.

Evidence has surfaced that at least a dozen UNRWA staff members participated in the October 7 massacre. The agency was forced to fire nine employees linked to these attacks, acknowledging their involvement despite previous denials.
Moreover, senior UNRWA officials have longstanding ties with Hamas, raising significant concerns about the organization’s supposed neutrality.
UNRWA schools have become breeding grounds for violence, indoctrinating Palestinian children with hatred and glorifying martyrdom.
The evidence is overwhelming: UNRWA has transitioned from being a humanitarian aid provider to a facilitator of terrorism. With Hamas commandeering schools and supply chains, the agency stands accused of war crimes and is unworthy of any Nobel accolade.
Rather than being recognized for peacekeeping, UNRWA should be held accountable for its complicity in acts of terror, turning a blind eye to the actions of Hamas within its ranks.
We must demand the retraction of this nomination and pursue justice against those who support terrorism.
