Israel’s Independence day, known in Hebrew as Yom Ha’atmazut, falls out this this year on Tuesday April 15th. It is a day of joy and celebration in which we show our appreciation to Hashem for performing wonderous miracles for the Jewish people when they defeated the massive Arab armies in 1948.
