Palestinian Terrorists Dragged Car-Ramming Victim Several Hundred Meters

On Tuesday, an Israeli woman was seriously injured in a Palestinian car-ramming attack.

An Israeli woman was injured in a car-ramming attack north of Jerusalem on Tuesday. The driver was chased by police officers on the scene and was arrested at a roadblock. The attack took place near the town of Kochav Yaakov.

The victim was dragged several hundred meters before the car was stopped at a police road block.

The victim, a 20-year-old-woman was admitted to Jerusalem’s Shaarei Zedek Medical Center with moderate to severe injuries. The hospital said the woman was conscious and in stable condition.

Police arrested a 45-year-old Palestinian man. TPS has learned the driver is a father of five with a permit to work in the Ariel Industrial Park. He was shot by police while fleeing the scene.

An Israeli ambulance responding to a separate emergency was pelted with stones on Route 55 near the Palestinian village of Azzun in the pre-dawn hours of Monday morning

Magen David Adom spokesman Zachi Heller said the front of the ambulance was cracked but no crew members were injured.
