Malaysia is hosting the Squash World Championship games and has banned Israeli athletes from entering the country and joining the competition.

International sporting events are supposed to bring people together and leave politics aside. However, this doesn’t always happen.

Malaysia, which is led by an openly antisemitic and anti-Israel prime minister, has banned Israelis from entering the country and participating in the Squash World Championship games.

Aviv Bushinsky, who served as Chief of Staff and Media Adviser to former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, discusses how Israel is fighting this ban and what alternatives Israeli officials have proposed.
