Turkish President Erdogan said that Israel’s President Herzog may visit Turkey soon. Does this mean that relations between the two countries will improve?

Although relations between Turkey and Israel have been strained over the past few years, Ankara is showing signs of interest in reconciliation.

This includes President Recep Tayyip Erdogan comments that Israeli President Isaac Herzog may soon visit.
