The IDF announced a new training strategy that focuses on compact units and surgical precision to take out enemies beyond Israel’s borders.

The Israeli military recently announced it is transitioning its training to focus on micro-exercises that simulate incursions by terror militias on its borders.

This move means the IDF will wind down larger brigade-wide drills, which experts view as a less effective method to train for battles with terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah.

While the world’s top state-sponsor of terror, Iran, continues to threaten the Jewish state, the IDF is keeping its eyes trained on more immediate, imminent threats on its borders.
