WATCH: Israel Joins Massive Naval Exercise Led by the US

Some participants, including Saudi Arabia, have no formal ties with the Jewish state.

Israel is participating in the Middle East’s largest ever naval exercise. The 18-day exercise is based out of Bahrain and led by the U.S.

Among the 60 countries joining the drill are states that Israel has no formal ties with, including Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Could it be that this exercise is designed to send a strong message to Iran?
