Since October 7th, United Hatzalah’s psychotrauma unit has been tirelessly devoted to reducing PTSD among emergency patients, while also providing support to the EMTs who dedicated hours to saving lives.

In addition to their efforts, the psychotrauma unit has implemented comprehensive counseling programs and regular debriefing sessions for EMTs, ensuring their mental well-being remains a top priority.

Through these initiatives, United Hatzalah aims to foster a supportive environment for both patients and first responders, promoting resilience and mental health in the face of challenging circumstances
