Sagi Muki’s heroics transcend international sport as the Israeli judoka flexes his philanthropic muscles to raise funds for the corona fight.

2019 judo world champion Sagi Muki has made headlines for years, both for the medals he has garnered throughout the world and his high profile friendship with an Iranian athlete named Saeid Mollaei, who defected from the Islamic Republic so that he could be free from its repressive boycott on matches with Israelis.

Muki is back in the news, promoting an auction he opened to raise money for respirators, which are used in the battle against the coronavirus.

This brave young Israeli proves he’s ready to lead the fight, in any arena of life!
