Israeli researchers have come up with genetically-engineered Baby’s Breath flowers that smell better for Valentine’s Day.
They’ve patented this first of its kind flower, dubbing it “Explora.”
Apparently, the Explora not only smells better – it also tastes better. This attracts more bees, and in the process, creates a better crop yield.
There are 2,867 known species of plants in Israel and the Jewish state is the only modern country where there are more trees today than there were a century ago.
