Mirna Sarfati, who hails from Tiberias in the North, now manages 24 acres of land in the heart of the Negev desert.

Mirna Sarfati and her family are among a group of Israelis who left city life 23 years ago to set up a lone farm in southern Israel’s Ramat HaNegev region.

Her life has certainly changed since her previous workdays at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange!
