WATCH: Powerful Message from Philanthropic Rabbi, Promoter of Christian-Jewish Ties Who Passed Away Suddenly

Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein

The late Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein (IFCJ)

In 2014, Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, discussing his worldview, made some remarkable predictions. His words remain relevant today more than ever.

At the age of 67, Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, founder of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), passed away suddenly on Wednesday from heart failure.

In his role as president of the IFCJ, Eckstein raised hundreds of millions of dollars to aid Jewish communities in Israel and across the world. He devoted special attention to Holocaust survivors, impoverished seniors, orphans, IDF soldiers, and new immigrants to Israel.

The IFCJ remains instrumental in providing food packages for the poor during holiday times in addition to funding bomb shelters near the Gaza and Lebanon borders and providing critical medical equipment to Israeli hospitals.

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expresses deep sorrow over the passing of Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, who worked tirelessly to benefit the citizens of Israel and to strengthen the bond between Christian communities and the State of Israel. May his memory be a blessing,” the prime minister’s spokesman stated.

In this video, Eckstein discusses his worldview, offering personal insight regarding current events and how we must act accordingly. Although he spoke these words in 2014, they are remarkably relevant today.
