Israelis basketball players from across the nation are flocking to Jerusalem to play streetball.

From the Western Wall’s remnants of the Holy Temple to the Israel Museum’s 2,400-year-old Dead Sea Scrolls, Jerusalem is known for its ancient history.

Now, it’s also making a name for itself as the Israeli home of a modern version of basketball called “streetball.”

Indeed, an action packed league pitting three-player teams against each other on a streeball court in downtown Jerusalem is riding a wave of popularity. See for yourself!
