A Taliban spokesman was interviewed by Israeli national broadcaster Kan but later denied that he did.

Since the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan, the terrorist group has been on a mission to harm the West and present itself as more moderate than it used to be.

A New York Times reporter has even fallen for their game.

A Taliban spokesman was even interviewed by Israel’s national broadcaster Kan. Suhail Shaheen said Afghans had no need to be scared and people “can lead a normal life.”

But afterward, Shaheen denied that he knowingly spoke to Israeli media.
