This young IDF soldier serves in a military that welcomes Jews, Christians, Muslims, and Druze.
Hadeel is a 21-year-old Israeli Christian who grew up in a city in northern Israel with Jews, Muslims and fellow Christians.
“I always felt a very strong connection with the Jewish people,” Hadeel explains, “but when I went to officers’ school I felt this connection in a bigger way.
Hadeel continued, “I want to explain to the world how everyone in Israel is equal, since people outside don’t always see this picture.”
