Through unbelievable feats of bravery, Irena Sendler repeatedly risked her life to save 2,500 children during the Holocaust.

She was eventually caught and tortured in an attempt to find the locations of the children she smuggled out.

The Nazis physically abused this remarkable woman, but she refused to tell the despicable Nazis anything.
