Woman Stabbed in Amsterdam Kosher Restaurant

The attacker was arrested and all possibilities are being investigated, including whether the incident was an anti-Semitic attack.

A woman was stabbed and wounded on Monday as she sat in a Kosher restaurant in Amsterdam, Holland.

The victim, A Dutch-Jewish woman, suffered light to moderate injuries to her hand and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The attacker was arrested.

Local police say the man who attacked her is mentally unstable, but all possibilities are being investigated, including whether the incident was an anti-Semitic attack.

Local media reported that the assailant purchased the knife used in the attack at a nearby shop.
