Itamar Kaplan and Bar Givoly live in Kiryat Shmona where the ever-present threat of Hezbollah looms large. When the fighting started, they decided to evacuate due to constant missile attacks.

Both then built up a routine to counter the overwhelming feelings they were experiencing. Bar also works at a special needs program called Avnei Derech which helps autistic people in whichever way they need.

The couple is staying strong and resilient despite the worries accompanying them by uplifting themselves and everyone around them.
