The initial UN conference on racism was held in Durban, South Africa in 2001, aimed to become “a landmark in the struggle to eradicate all forms of racism.”

Instead, it laid the groundwork for an insidious boycott campaign against Israel, while follow-up conferences became hornets nests of virulent anti-Semitism and demonization.

On Sept. 22, the fourth conference is scheduled to convene. Israel and its allies are boycotting the conference. Watch to learn what’s at stake.
