Students of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa built autonomous robotic arms to play songs on a xylophone, including Israel’s national anthem!

This innovative technology allows the user to select either one of the pre-defined songs or a new midi file, according to instructions that come with the program.

The program then converts the selected song to notes and timing before playing it.

The code is written in Matlab software.
