Lebanese researcher Rafic Nasrallah repeated the 1840 Damascus blood libel in order to explain the “truth” behind the August 2020 Beirut Port explosion.

In August 2020, huge explosions at the Beirut Port killed hundreds and injured thousands of others.

The host of a Lebanese TV show said that “nobody rules out the theory” that it was Israel that bombed the Beirut Port, but that the Lebanese people deserve to know the truth behind the events.

Despite mountains of evidence pointing to the Hezbollah terror organization’s role in the deadly blast, Lebanese researcher Rafic Nasrallah responded to the host with the 19th-century blood libel about the Christian priest who was allegedly kidnapped by Jews so that his blood could be used “for something.”
