Jewish reggae star Matisyahu is back in Israel for another concert and met with former president Shimon Peres, delivering an important message to diaspora Jews.
Fresh from making headlines from successfully confronting anti-Israel boycotters at a Spanish reggae festival, Matisyahu was quick to visit Israel.
He’s urging Jews all over the world not to fear the recent surge in violence, asking them to keep visiting Israel in an act of solidarity with the Jewish state.
Peres had only encouragement and words of praise for Matisyahu, explaining that the musician represents “courage.”
We need more stars to follow the example Matisyahu just set and help us stand up against the terror that is plaguing the Holy Land.
