Two terror attacks were carried out within an hour of each other in the Judea and Samaria region on Wednesday evening.

The IDF confirmed that a terrorist opened fire on a military force conducting an operational activity near the Reihan Crossing in the Menashe Regional Brigade.

According to Israel National News, during the apparent drive-by shooting, at least two people were moderately wounded and evacuated from the scene to the hospital.

Soldiers returned fire and launched a pursuit of the shooter.

In a separate incident in the same hour in the South Hebron Hills area, a terrorist attempted to run over IDF soldiers with a vehicle. After the failed ramming, he exited the car and tried to stab one of the soldiers. He was subsequently neutralized.

One victim from the South Hebron attack, described as moderately wounded, was evacuated to the trauma unit at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. He is fully conscious and in stable condition.

Security forces continue operations in both sectors.
