For decades, UNRWA — the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East — has masqueraded as a humanitarian agency. In reality, it has fueled extremism, radicalized children, laundered terror funds, and shielded Hamas operations from scrutiny.
We now know what Israel has long claimed: UNRWA is not merely complicit with Hamas; it is Hamas.
🚨 NEW: UN Watch has unveiled the UNRWA Terror Network, an investigative platform that exposes and maps the systemic infiltration of UNRWA by terrorist organizations including Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Gazan activist Rami Aman, imprisoned by Hamas for promoting peace, revealed the shocking truth: If you’re not Hamas, you don’t get hired by UNRWA.
From school principals preaching jihad to teachers holding Israeli hostages, the facts are irrefutable. UNRWA vehicles transport weapons. UNRWA schools store rockets. And on October 7, at least 42 of its employees took part in the massacre of civilians.
This isn’t just an Israeli problem. It’s a global security threat.
UNRWA siphons billions in aid from naive donors and reroutes it to terrorist networks. Its existence endangers American interests, betrays basic human rights, and undermines peace across the region.
We must sever the lifeline. Defunding is not enough.
UNRWA must be designated what it clearly is: a foreign terrorist organization.
